槟州软件联盟和槟州政府联营‘檳州企業聯盟實驗室’！栽培科技人才
现在我又多了一个身份‘檳州企業聯盟實驗室’的副总裁，希望能创造更多科技企业家！
software consortium of penang (SCoPe) is partnering with Penang State Government to joint venture in ‘enterprise lab’ together with other cluster to create more technopreneurs.
Now i got one more identify acting as the Deputy Managing Director for ‘enterprise lab’, let’s hope that we can create more technopreneurs!

檳城要打造成國際城市，不能單靠硬體設施，軟體亦重要，所以需要全面出發，且不單是商家，同時也需重視學子們的栽培。
首長林冠英強調，要達致更全面的國際城市，是需要加倍地栽培人才。
他是主持檳州企業聯盟實驗室開幕致詞時，這么指出。
檳需設多媒體公司
提升科技工藝工業
首長林冠英指出，檳需要更多擁有多媒體超級走廊地位的公司，通過這些公司，提升該州的科技工藝工業。
“因此，檳州發展機構董事會決定允許檳州發展機構革新，及提供設施給檳企業聯盟科技工藝培育中心。”
他說，州政府已注資160萬令吉，成立企聯實驗室，以創造一個培育模式，協助檳州已商業化的科技公司拓展。這個中心的基礎設備及計劃將有助加強檳州科技公司的成功率及開創市場。
他說，企聯實驗室將在未來通過商業配對及分享，培育科技公司的軟件發展。同時提供一個通路，讓他們獲取資源、輔助及成功的經驗，以發展本地的軟件工業，確保高品質產品，同時鼓勵區域性的聯繫。
